All Stark products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser. Damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance or any unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product is not covered by this limited warranty. Defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Return to the place of purchase, following the retailer's return policy.
For products purchased directly from Stark:
If you receive a defective item, follow the return steps below and we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the purchase price and shipping.
If we make a mistake and ship the wrong item or if an item is damaged during shipment, follow the return steps below and we will send a replacement (if possible) or refund the purchase price and shipping.
Non-defective items returned within 30 days of the original shipping date will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Non-defective items cannot be returned after 30 days of the original shipping date.
All refunds will be credited in the same form as the original purchase.
Please follow these steps to return an item to Stark:
- Call Stark to let us know what you are returning and why. No item may be returned without previous return authorization.
- Write a note stating your name, shipping address, phone number, email and the reason for the return.
- Send the item back in a small box using the original packaging along with a copy of the sales receipt. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport.
- Packages must be returned prepaid, COD packages WILL NOT be accepted.
